California Carnivores Premium Nepenthes Mix

Get the same custom Nepenthes mix that we use in our nursery! A blend of New Zealand Sphagnum Moss, Fine Orchid Bark, Perlite and Pumice that comes in a one gallon bag. This is about a gallon of mix.

Instructions for Use: Soak the New Zealand sphagnum moss in distilled water for 10 minutes then mix together with the other ingredients until they are well incorporated. When potting up plants in this mix, fill the pot so that it won't settle too much, but do not over pack.

Good News!
My 1st review I was a little concerned as the cup was turning black after a week. Reached out to the company, and was told not to worry, probably a result of mailing shock. Well, there's new growth!!! All is well!!! Moral of the story is be patient. Thank you :)

When you're in a pinch, of course everything from California Carnivores is going to be super high quality and great. It is of course more economical to mix my own soil but, in a small living space and with a small number of plants, I don't need 3 cubic feet of sphagnum as a roommate, so this sort of thing is ideal.

Are you doubting what type of soil you are using then why not get it straight from the supplier? 10/10 you will not go wrong here. If u do go wrong it’s100% user error.
